Many travellers arriving in Morocco by ferry from Spain, France or Italy come through here, either on foot or with their own vehicle. Tanger Med is not Tangier City port

Do not confuse Tanger Med with Tangier City port (Tanger Ville), which sits in the bay below the medina: they are two separate ports. Tanger Med lies outside the city, to the east, and it is also different from Tangier Ibn Battouta airport and Tanger Ville railway station.

Getting from Tanger Med to Tangier

Arriving as a foot passenger
