We answer trip-planning questions, error reports and queries about our tools. The more specific your message, the more useful the reply.
For an itinerary question, give your dates, your cities and the time you have: that is what decides whether train, coach or car is the right answer. For a rental question, name the pick-up airport or city and the kind of driving you expect to do.
If you spot wrong or outdated information on a page — a duration, a connection, an airport service — report it with the address of the page. These reports are handled first, because they benefit every later visitor.
We do not book flights, hotels or cars, and we cannot intervene in a dispute with a rental company or an airline. In those cases we point you to the right contact rather than waste your time.
